current promo not always working in my cart

I have a cart full of Andrey Pestryakov's products, which are supposed to be 45% off when buying any of 'the view' new releases.

The discount is showing up in my cart on everything but his 'Nature - Lake', and I can't figure out why, not can I get anyone to answer the phones at Daz.

I don't suppose anyone here can help?

Support tickets always take days to get a resolution, and I want to check out now, and not wait for a refund.

Also, is there anyone here that can look in my account and see what I paid for something last month? It's on sale, and I want to see if it is cheaper now, or not.

    Because it's still a new product - note the flash in the top-right corner of the promo image. The little asterisk on the promo goes to the note that all items must be in the cart together and that the sale excludes new items.

    Ahhh ... ok. That makes sense. I guess I'll just get swamp now and wait to use it until lake is on sale, lol.
