Has anyone seen an outfit similar to the one on this image (the one with the witch and blue "magic" in the hands)?

Edit: Thanks in advance, btw.

Bandages by EvilInnocence at his store or RDNA V4 or Dawn

Dangerous Beauty Mummywear by Royloo at Content Paradise

Do a search for corset in any store. Plenty of armor out there but you may have a problem finding an exact match.

What character do you want to fit?

Yeah, it's gonna take a bit of kitbashing but I think it's totally doable.

    Ktibash

http://www.daz3d.com/roxana-yaroslavna-vampire-lady-for-v4 (also has a Genesis version and expansion textures)

The above mentioned bandages for V4 (also has texture expansion pack for mummy)

V4 Beautiful Monsters over at RDNA may give you the morphs. In RDNA zero products there is the old V2 Dragon Queen outfit. The crown might work for you.

You might be able to use this one as well

Good suggestions---thanks everyone. I was looking at some of the bandages last night (I have one set). I was having trouble fitting them on V4 with a corset, so I think I'll try G1 or G2F. I bought Beautiful Monsters a few days ago--I agree that it may be the way to go for the figure. The corset is going to be the tricky piece, I think.

On a side note: I have been trying to respond all morning, but the darn "cloud flare" page keeps coming up.....so frustrating.

Thanks for the help, though. Kit bashing if fun!

If you are using DS, you could use a geometry shell for the corset. The Amun Rawn bandage texture has a genesis version. Since Genesis texture by default is V4, it should work. You should also be able to use map transfer to convert it to V4. I could be wrong on this last. I have DS but don't get chance to use it much. It's not part of our official pipeline and we have several deadlines overlapping. Ugh. I need more than a 20 minute nap. Sorry...

I used both the bandages from Exnem's Mummy and the Evilinnocence Bandages together. (see my earlier post for links.) The textures from the Exnem set work great on the EI set if you use a photo editor (Photoshop or GIMP) and just rotate the textures 90 degrees. That way they matched pretty seamlessly. As for the corset/bandage collisions, I turned off visibility on lots of the bandage parts and used Poser and the morph brush to ease pokethrough, but you could easily use a push modifier in DS to accomplish the same thing. I tried at least 4 corsets before I found one that I liked best, but there are dozens that would work. (I could have looked harder for a laced-up corset, but I liked this one, even if it wasn't true to the original image!)

Many corsets out there have the cups rigged as the chest group, meaning that you can turn visibility off on that region and you'll be left with the waist corset only. There are also corsets that have the cups as a separate material zone, which means you could just make that material invisible (transparent, no specular) to accomplish the same thing. I don't see any reason why all of the things I listed (plus a few other great suggestions made above) couldn't be used on Genesis.

    Good luck!

I got used to 20 minute naps a long time ago..but I don't like it! I hadn't given the figure texture must thought....I wonder if I could use an M4 texture on Genesis with a V4 morph? Gack! I don't even want to think about the hoops I'd be jumping through.

I'm not sure what a "geometry shell" is.....it sounds interesting, though.

My brain is a bit mushy right now but someone more familiar with DS should be able to help you with. Darn, I can't find the mummy texture freebie for the V4 bodysuit. I don't think you would have to for the Genesis version of the texture as Genesis UV is V4 by default. You can also swap UV's in DS.

The first time you have to play with some hoops is a bit difficult buy once you do it, it gets easier.

When doing a single image, I often accomplish the combination of different clothing items that overlap in post. Not so good for animation though

That's a good idea. I worked on this for most of the evening, but 'm not happy yet.... I may need to do some post-work if all else fails. I would like to use this in animation, but I'm not going for an exact duplication. I've been trying to use the bandages with a lace texture but it's a slow-go for me....still no luck on a corset I like, yet. I think that's the key to making this look "right"....

I found a free wrap at sharecg that works pretty well. Here is the link for those interested:

I'm still working on the corset--but I'm getting close!

M4 textures will apply to Genesis 1 without any trouble at all, if you're using G2F you'll have more trouble.. don't even know if it's possible? To transfer a morph from V4 to either gen1 or 2 you'd need the genx thing.

Weew--finally! Things got kind of busy for a while, so I had to put this on hold, but I had time last night to work on it some more.

    I used:
G2F with a HD Creature morph (zombie and skeleton vampire mix)
Lucrezia V4 texture (from Syyd at RDNA)
Mummy wrap freebie from share CG
    M4 corset from Mourning Sun
A crown and Necklace from Xurge (I can't remember which set right now--but I'll find it)
