    not everything can be downloaded by DIM

    if you remove your manifest files it will download everything it can again

    I would not have thought this the ideal time for additional downloads - quite aside from the fact that the servers seem to be having occasional glitches, which might force you to make multiple attempts, by adding to the load you will quite possibly throw more errors for other users.

    Once they're installed, you can move them out of the Downloads folder.
