HDRI bleed through [solved]

Hi again. 

I also read a new product that will allow the HDRI to 'bleed through' the set walls but, I can't find. My search is really not working at the moment. I'll copy and paste the title of a product to check it and it still doesn't show up. That's just a moan not really the question. :)
