I can't apply materials

Hi, i'm new user of adz, iv've just bought a dynamic cloth; 50's Cocktail, i merge it into scene and it appears white, with no color and i try to merge materials but it doesn't work, i try anything but it's still white, what should i do? many thanks!

    If the dress has different styles, make sure you're using the material preset that matches the style showing in the Dynamic Clothing pane.

    Yes, it worked now, thank you.
    I'd like to know if animated clothes can work with the floor, or with a plane, i tried to collide it but didn't worked, and i don't find any tutorials about it, thanks again.

    Remember that it has to collide with the vertices of the mesh, not with the faces of the polygons -- if you want to collide with a plane, make sure it isn't just one polygon, but (for example) a 10x10 grid.
