How to not load OctaneRender Scene data in a scene?

So I installed the octane plugin for daz and now every time I load daz or create a new scene it creates this "OctaneRender Scene data" in my scene tab.

I'd still like to use Octane sometimes but not always. It is slowing down the process of closing daz and reopening it. The daz process stays up much longer with this for some reason so I'm unable to reopen it quickly.

Is there a setting to disable this?

Only by disabling the plug-in through help>About Installed Plug-ins - and that requires a restart to take effect.
