Commercial use for Octane?

In reading through the terms and conditions from the plugin website where you log in for Octane Prime, I noticed that it states that the materials and service cannot be used for commercial-use unless that is voided by other agreements.  Is this true for Daz renders made using the Octane Render Kit, or is the standard Daz agreement in place?

States on the website it is free for personal and commercial use :) Material in some parts of the agreement refer to the software itself, in the manner of not allowing it being redestributed and such.
