Sell movie created with DAZ

I have already asked in another thread, if I would make a movie with daz studio could I sell it? The answers I took was yes. Searching on the internet I have not found anyone else to have created anything like this, only some free videos in youtube. So I'm gonna asked once again. Can I sell a movie made with Daz studio and sell it online for example? Do I have to credit Daz in my movie?

You received an answer on your other thread from a member of DAZ 3D's staff, so you are not going to get a more definitive answer than that.
Well I bought one by Luv Multimedia on DVD
So know at least one person who has sold one
I think most videos using DAZ assets prob are not marketed as such, rather just as an animated movie or with CGI effects
Know of at least one B grade movie that used a walking tank from the store too.
People like me who just have fun on YouTube are what you are likely to find searching DAZ proffesionals you would not as their movies would not be marketed by models used
If credited would just be in the long list at the end inc caterers etc

Well thank you for your answers. I appologise to asked the same question again, but I just wanted to be sure and not having any problems later. The answer is yes, so I will continue to finish my movie.
I don't know what was said in the other thread, but if you only used items sold by DAZ as the products are all sold under the store license, so you can sell your renders and movies.
It gets tricky with products sold or given away at other sites like the Rendos, RuntimeDNA, Turbosquid, etc. The licensing at those sites are generally with the individual making the models.
The caviate to keep in mind is some folks at those sites set the license for their products for non-commercial only--this may involve fandom models of Hollywood copyrighted materials, such as Star Trek, Lost in Space, Stargate, BSG, etc. If any of that material exists in your renders or films, you can't sell them unless you get permission from BOTH the Hollywood copyright holder AND the model maker.
However, a large percentage of those individuals may be doing that because of misunderstanding the idea of a commercial distribution of images of their products is not the same as commercially distributinig the models. If that's the case, you might be able to write to the creaters to get permission to sell your renders & movies.
The problem is, if anyone still says "No", it means "No!"
The short film Rosa was done using DAZ models. I think he used it as a calling card director's project to get noticed in Hollywood.
