Clothing options when using M4 Enhanced?

Hi...

I have been using M4 Enhanced to construct a fantasy female character from M4. She has turned out beautifully, except for the fact that no clothes fit her, really, with the exception of M4 footwear. I was hoping that I'd be able to swaggle at least some V4 clothing into working, but no luck. Does anyone know of an economical and practical approach to this issue? I know about Clothes Converter, but that seems expensive and perhaps even overkill. Happy for any suggestions... including footwear.

Thanks.

M4 clothes should fit if you right-click and use Transfer Active Morphs

V4 too, Richard, or just M4? The ideal scenario would be to be able to use at least some V4 clothing on her. I'll try TAM, but I have never had much luck with it in the past.

Just tried TAM on a few items, and the results were horrible, sadly. Back to the drawing board...

Yes, just M4 - because the figure is M4, essentially. You would need to convert V4 clothes to M4 for them to work, using a tool such as Clothes Converter.

That's what I was afraid of. Maybe I'll just use her for fine art nudes and figure studies. She's way too pretty to just languish in the Runtime.

You might be able to transfer your morph over to Genesis, then you would have all of the M4 and V4 clothes available to use without any additional purchases. Well, I take that back... unless you have the know-how to do it manually, you might need GenX2 to convert the morph to work on Genesis

There's a thought. I do have GenX2, but I might wait til the character is out of development to try it. It would cost me some critical morphs, though... too many to transfer manually in addition to the character morph.

Make a full body morph of her exporting an obj and using morph loader maybe
    Might work on V4

Sorry, I'm not sure I follow you.

Export the figure as an obj
Load it as a morph on V4 using morphloader
Dial it up and transfer active morphs on the clothing
Will be V4 but same shape
Mind you I cannot try it as I am in the middle of what looks like a 3 day render

OK in Poser loaded an unwelded M4 as a morph target
I do not have M4 enhanced and got this result
similar effect in Daz studio using morphloader

Crossdresser 4 and Wardrobe Wizard 2 will both convert V4 (and many other females') clothing to M4. Sadly M4 enhanced is not supported by XD4 (don't know about WW). Once you have the clothing converted to M4 use any of the above mentioned methods of adding the enhanced morphs.

    A couple of caveats:

XD4 and WW2 work well on some garments but not on others.
Double conversions have twice as much chance of going bad as direct conversions.

XD4 is free and you have to buy a license for the target only. About $10.
    Evilinnocence or RDNA websites.

Here's another product for the M4 to enhanced step.

Wendy, thanks for the trouble and the image. It might be worth a try, but I imagine I'd lose quite a few custom morphs from the export/import.

pwiecek... thanks as well. I was just considering the enhanced magnet fits before you posted. At least those might allow me to use some M4 clothing on my character. The biggest issue is upper body. I'm not so concerned about footwear.
