Black Friday/Cyber Monday Laptop deals

I'm planning on getting a laptop For the end of the month because I'm gonna be starting online classes WiFi is a must and I figure I invest in it I'm planning to spend about $1000 to $2000 on it any suggestions with the coming up Black Friday cyber Monday sales?I live in Southern California.

I prefer PC (windows) over Apple/Mac i'd like to be able to use it to do some 3-D work with Daz for example and maybe a little gaming. I like Nvida cards but not a dealbreaker. Gaming is not a priority I don't care about it Being 4K or 8K with the best gaming graphics ever with 160fps or VR capable etc. I would like it to have some good processing power for easier manipulation of the character etc. my goal is to have this laptop last at least 5+ years and stay viable with current technology. Good chunk of RAM SSD etc. anyone have any suggestions?

I'm Also looking for an external SSD drive for storage of Daz and third party content That I can access and backup. Please forgive any tech lingo I may have mangled.
