DAZ Studio 4.14 don't close

When I close DAZ Studio 4.14 then the DAZ Studio Applications don't stop. I must close the Appliction with the Task Manager.

    See the known issues in the release psot https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/449316/daz-studio-4-14-pro-general-release/p1#known_issues . As noted, you can (pending a proper fix) stop this by opening the Aux Viewport and turning the IPR Toolbar off (you can then close the Aux Viewport).

    Richard thank You it Works, but when i Render a Scene the Application needs long to clear the RAM

    Disconnect from the database before attempting to close.  I leave it disconnected on my Mac, and Daz now closes every single time.  It worked for me, your mileage may vary.

     

    I think when they call a close() on the network socket in the finalize action, they forget to read one last time to make sure there isn't more coming in on the socket, and the operating system holds for security so the next program to open the socket doesn't get erroneous input.  For your entertainment, Google "finalize socket", interesting reading.
