Clothing becomes transparent in render (?)

Hi y'all!
I come to pick your wealth of knowledge once more.
I've got a lot of clothing sets for Daz, but I just encountered a problem I never had before. I downloaded Peasant clothes for G8M, and while it looks alright in texture shaded mode, as soon as I switch to rendered view, the clothing becomes transparent... And the opacity slider in surfaces doesn't do anything. I tried searching for the cutout slider as well, but it's not there either.
Anyone knows what may be the problem?
Thank you :)

My guess would be that there is something off with other settings - translucency, specularity etc. Difficult to say other than that, the other thing I find is using materials and shaders that have layered trans maps in the LIE can do this to clothes in which case you have to go in to the lie and fix it there, usually an opacity issue in a layer. If you dont want that exact texture an easy fix should be to use a cloth shader not assoicated with that garment.... ?
I just had than happen with DS 4.14.0.8 on the dForce Flattop Hair that comes with the Dain Pro Bundle after using the Geometry Editor to delete some geometry on a picnic basket. I deleted the hair & added it back in to no avail. I wound up using a non-dForce non-SBH transmapped polygonal hair for the render instead.
I think if I exited DAZ & restarted such that the geometry editors polygons I hid on the picnic basket were back to normal it would fix the flattop hair problem but that's not a big help as I need the polygons I edited on the picnic basket hidden.
Sony made a video camera that did that... they're worth a bundle if you find one.
Short answer.
You're, OP, is trying to use the 3delight shader settings in iray, it doesn't auto-convert.
Use the actual iray shader settings and it'll render just fine.
