CONTACTING ITEM ARTIST/S

I have an item I purchased and I just have a question that I wanted to run past the original artists. How do I go about this correctly? I have listed the artists below. Apparently there are two that collaborated.

If they're active in the forums you can try a private message, otherwise you can try opening a support ticket and asking support to transfer them your message.
