tried to subscribe to PC+ but the transaction timed out after I was billed yet somehow before I was credited on the DAZ end. So paypal shows the funds are gone, but I don't have a membership. that was over a week ago, I've opened two helpdesk tickets and they've both been closed out and deleted. any ideas on how to proceed here?

I can only see one ticket, which appears resovled.. can you let me know what the other ticket number is please?
that's what I am saying, the other two were deleted. I suppose I could open another ticket and make a note of the ID, unless you can think of something more expedient. I've already paid for the subscription and would be happy to give you the papal transaction ID. all I need is for someone to verify that I've paid, you've recieved the funds and to honor my membership
