Where do we go for product support or report a problem with a product please?

I just purchased 'Grovebrook Park' from Predatron, it's a great scene and I'm very pleased with it. Only problem is it's got missing .jpg files for the fountain in the square.

    No, the 'B' .jpg files are missing for the fountain ripples.

    Had some time so loaded my copy and verified that yes it's also missing the texture: predatron_fountainripples_01_b.jpg

    Now a "b" texture is normally the bump map, no colours. The fountain does have a Normal though and that provides ripples.

    Quick render [i.e. default lighting, no headlamp]

    Still it renders quite well with the existing Normal.png

    Thanks Cath, I'll load it up and take another look, your's has come out looking much better than mine did   haha.
