Moved Runtime from C to G

I moved my directories from C to G (i.e. I added a new hard drive). For the most part the change went smoothly; I did a lot of reading on the forum etc and was able to change the settings so most content shows up, loads, installs correctly. I'm still having a little glitch with a few (quite a few actually) files - I'm just not sure how to change all of them. I tried lots of things including Edit Base Path etc . . . there's something I'm still not quite "getting" however. Suggestions please (see attachment)?

Your Poser-format content settings are a bit of a horrible mess. You have multiple nested content locations, and content-inside-content, all of which will cause D|S to get confused about exactly where your content files actually are.

If you only have the two content locations shown in the D|S-format section, then you must have only the same two locations shown in the Poser-format section (unless you do actually have other folder locations containing only Poser content files).

One other thing, did you remember to export/re-import the content database when you did the move? Those "!" markers frequently mean the database is broken and might need to be completely rebuilt. Note that this usually does not involve re-installing your content; the database is stored separately from the content, so re-installing will make no difference, if you need to do something to the database you must use the database controls in D|S.

Incidentally, do you actually do have a content folder inside another one (it isn't just a glitched content setting) ? That can be fixed without too much trouble, but again it can break the database.

Almost all the files that are not showing up correctly are in G . . . . Studio 3/content/etc. I did go into Content Directory Manager and fix Poser etc so they match. Obviously there is something I am not "getting" but I'm not sure what question to ask. Perhaps I need to be pointed to a tutorial or something (although I did find one on moving content and more or less followed it).

The "etc" is vitally important. Looking at the folders in your computer, do you actually have a "content" folder inside another "content" folder, or was that only a dud content setting? If you have, then D|S will not be able to see files in the inner content folder properly. In this case, you have to move the files and folders in the inner content folder and merge them into the outer content folder.

Right about the content/content. Yes, there was such a folder. I took a look at it . . . moved everything out of it (not much really) into more appropriate locations. I didn't delete it (yet) . . . the point seems to be that I should do that. I don't think that will solve many of the issues but I'll give it a try.
The point is that everything is working fine, it's just an annoyance (to have 1/3 or so of my content not showing up properly) + I feel like I should be able to figure out how to fix it . . . I can usually manage such things and learn more about how DAZ works whilst doing so. Anyway things for the additional suggestion.
