Question about textures

Hello! So I've been texturing stuff in Blender for awhile now using stuff from Quixel and it's super easy to know where every node goes because the names match. But now I'm using Quixel stuff in Daz, and it really looks fantastic, but I don't quite understand where two of the files will go. I have a file for roughness, in Daz should I put that in diffuse roughness, glossy roughness, or base bump? Right now I'm putting it in all three just to be safe but I figure I should ask so I can learn. Also, right now I'm trying to texture some tiles in and there's an AO file, where would that go?

Thank you so very much for any and all help!
