DAZ 3d Addons folder is not being created

Title says it. 
I navigate to C:/Users/"USERNAME"/AppData/Roaming/Blender Foundation/Blender and the image attached is what I find. I have reinstalled the DAZ to Blender bridge 5 times and reinstalled DAZCentral all to no avail. I have reset my PC as well. Any ideas?

Update:
Stepped away to watch a show with my wife, came back and tried running the DTB file in C:\Users\users\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4\RunOnce and then when I went into Blender the addon was available to be activated (no installation necessary). No idea what happened really, but it works. Hope this helps someone.
