Works fine for me... are you logged in?

(According to the sales description, it's just working on the new releases on today, not on all new releases... if I understood it correctly.)

No. It suppose to be 10% of ALL Stonemason items. None of them are showing a discount other than the new releases on sale and the Mech.

It won't show until they are in your cart - where it works for me.

Putting them in my cart has no effect either.

I put AT-Drone in my cart and the balance is still $29.95.

You sure have the two new item from the sale, and the stonemason item in your cart together?
    Because the condition says:

--> STORE SALES - 40% OFF* if you buy 2 or more new releases
PC+ members save an extra 10% on all Stonemason products (including these new releases)

EDIT: The advertisement via email says "any item", but the sales page http://www.daz3d.com/sales-promotions says two items. :-P

"2 DAYS ONLY: PC+ MEMBERS SAVE AN EXTRA 10% ON ALL STONEMASON PRODUCTS (INLCUDING NEW RELEASES)"

    and image attached below.

Yes, but the 10% extra ist a secondary to the 'buy 2 to get 40% off'. Instead of 40%, you get 46% off.
You don't get 10% off just because you add the item to your cart, and nothing else.

I posted about this problem as well yesterday. though I posted in the Members Only forum. I went all the way through to Order Review, and the 10% never showed up for me.

The screenshot I posted in that thread is the following, and if you look closely, I think you need to be a PC+ member to get that extra 10%, but I could be wrong.

Yes, it's for PC+ members only, and it requires the pruchase of a new release as noted on the promo page - the mini-banner now links to that rather than to the Stonemason store so that that's clearer.

OK Richard. I didn't think it was clear enough that it was necessary to buy one of the new releases to get the extra 10%. I've often found this type of issue with the emails and promo pages, so I think whomever creates the emails and sets up the promo pages needs to be perfectly clear as to what's necessary. In this case it wasn't.

Not only was it unclear, one promotion didnt match the other. The one in which I attached made no mention of ANY requirement.

Well, I had taken out a support ticket the other day, and I got my 10% discount as a store credit today, so I HAD read it correctly. Already spent. :coolsmirk:
