daz studio installation issues

Unable to install daz studio 4.x pro using daz central. The installation is stuck at 86% and does not progress. Am using windows 10. Please help

The store is being plagued by Weird Stuff™ happening right now. Have you tried downloading the manual installer from your Product Library page?

Note that there doesn't seem to be any download links; they're hidden, click on the little blue triangle to open the "Description" section and they'll appear.

Yes. Tried that option also by installing thru product library. Though it gets installed by this method, postgresql does not connect and not able to start CMS.
