NVIDIA Quadro for gaming and rending?

I have been wanting to switch to a Quadro graphics card for a while now, however, I know they are not meant for gaming.
Right now I am rocking out with Duel GTX 1080 TI with SLI.
I've been looking at the NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000.
Look I'll make this simple I want to be able to game with ulter high settings and Render Faster using a Quadro but I also don't wanna spend 1000$ bucks either.
I figured anything with RTX in it will be great for both Rendering and gaming but idk that's why I am here right? If anyone has an NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 wants to let me know how it is for gaming and rending that would be great!

For whichever nVidia card one has, keep in mind that via their website they have drivers "for" gaming and "for" Studio. And to keep an eye after Microsoft updates that one still has the desired driver onboard.
