There is a Game developers license, but that is for people who make a new game. It covers all Daz Originals. Some PAs also have game dev licenses for their products, but only a few

It is not allowed to use Daz 3D models in existing games. This would go against the EULA

Does this Xbox kinect sensor that I use to Brekelproface, work in POSER PRO GAME DEV?

The one huge advantage with the poser version you get 5 gigs of models which you can use for free to make games models it wasn't much to upgrade, hats off to SmithMicro for the content.

Facial animation capture is not supported by the Game Dev upgrade

I was at a webinar a week ago and nerd3d said yes to kinect sensor but I would still wait for them to demo before I believe, mind you SmithMicro do have some good connections with other partners.

    Hmmm, that's good to know.
I'll upgrade the PP2012 to PP2014 Game Dev, there by August 30 (I think that will be for sale until August 31)
I do not game, but more importantly for me, is the module import FBX, use direct kinect on the characters, and unimesh
although even the unimesh in the background, will not be very evident with the entry of 4K?

Second question about the 'Indie Game Developer License' and the 'Commercial Game Developer License'.

When i use, as an example, victoria 4 with poser to create pictures and animations.

The pictures for the use as sprites and the animations for the use as movies in a game.

Must i then purchase one of the above two licenses too ?

Not for 2d sprites. The License is only necessary if you are using the 3d mesh
