Install Manager not showing files

My Install manager is not showing some ready to install product files, the zip files placed in the package archive location. The zip files placed in the package archive come with a manifest and supplement file. A portion of the files are downloaded from sharecg.com. The rest of the files are official products. The install manager allowed install of both official and third party zip file products. No settings have been changed for the install manager. Why would it not be showing all of the zip files as ready to install?

    Are the files from Sharecg proper IM files?

    They look to be the same files as the others. Quite a few, but not all, of them were recognized by the Install Manager, and installed properly.
