Are some of the coupons acting up?

I was going to get this item https://www.daz3d.com/wine-cellar with a coupon on the Drutherson 8 holiday offer page. It keeps saying coupon is invalid so I was wondering is it being glitchy or am I just miunderstanding how it's to be used. I'll post screenshots to show which 1 & what I'm getting. I figured ask before posting a ticket in case I'm goofing up :) Thanks for any help. The 1 is the coupon & what it says to do & the other is what pops up when I try to use it.     I don't see the Wine Cellar in the "Select Daz Original" category stated - this is the list to choose from: https://www.daz3d.com/Recommended-DO-Items-For-Your-Library

    I tried this https://www.daz3d.com/aedis-catana ; which is on the above link & got same message so I'm thinking it doesn't like me.

    OK well I can definitely see that one in the list. How are you entering the coupon code?
    If you are hand-typing it, make sure it is all upper case.
    If you are copy/pasting it, make sure there are no blanks at the start or end of the code. (I can't test it myself because I used the coupon yesterday.)

    (PS: I assume you didn't use the coupon already on another order?)

    I was doing copy/paste & I haven't used it yet. I'll retry though.

    Ok I tried typing it,gpt the invalid code & tried pasting it & got no valid code. I had problems using my PC coupons also but after a fewtries the PC coupon worked.Wonder if it's my browser. I use Waterfox which is like Firefox.

    Nope just tried Chrome & got same thing.

    All I can suggest is screenshot the cart with the invalid code message and open a support ticket asking for the item to be added to your account (or buy it and do a reclaim) - might be a bit of a wait because there's apparently a big ticket backlog.
