Outfit in Vibrant Lustrous Colors promos?

I can't seem to figure out what outfit is used in the Vibrant Lustrous Colors promo images.

There are various credits in the Additional Information tab, but neither of the outfits listed are the one in the images.

    I dont think its one released yet im dying to grab it tho it looks wicked :D

    Thanks for the info. Yeah, looks like a fun outfit, and it seems like it could have some kit-bashing potential with other tops for a more modest look when needed, too.
