Paintshop Pro X7?

Not sure if this sort of question is allowed here, but does anyone know anything about Paintshop Pro X7?

I've got X6 and now when I quit the program it asks if I want to upgrade to X7. I've looked on the Corel Website but all they are showing is X6, no mention of X7 at all. If I click on the Buy Now button I don't get any details of the product or it's new features, just a shopping cart. I'm beginning to wonder if this is genuine or if someone has hacked into the system Corel use to make announcements and is trying to sell a fake upgrade.

I've sent a message to Corel support but they only work during office hours and this offer (if it is a genuine offer) finishes at the end of the bank holiday so I'm not expecting a reply from them in time.

Does anyone know if this is genuine, and if so, is there anywhere I can see what the product does?

    I don't have it, but I think the Corel user forum is a better place to ask this

    I have an older version and it asks if I want to upgrade to X7 ever single time I close the program. Perhaps it is a pre release sale.

    I believe it is indeed a pre release sale. I have X5, X6, Aftershot Pro 2, Painter 11, and their cheap but good PDF merging program, so I'm on their mailing list. I'm pretty sure I got an email a few days ago about some big upcoming X7 shindig. I think it's going to run me $59 to upgrade.

    I stopped upgrading my PSP with version 9, so don't have any of the "X" versions. I use Photoshop most of the time, but I haven't gotten that message about upgrading to X7 when I've opened PSP recently, so it's probably not set up for much older versions.

    Thank you for that URL. Someone there told me how to find the information I wanted.

    The whole thing seems pretty confused. They've got an upgrade offer that ends next Monday but it's difficult to find any information about what they are selling, and the link which says it will download a trial version of X7 actually downloads a trial version of X6! I don't know how they expect to sell this.

    Hi.
    It's a special PreLaunch upgrade offer for current owners of PaintShop Pro that was announced on the 20th and runs until the 26th.
    An email was sent out on the 20th to registered users and an advert is also shown when PaintShop Pro is closed .
    Amazon have the official release listed as the 27th August
    The trial link was just an oversite and Corel are updating the link so the PSP X7 trial will download
