Bug Daz STudio

I have had a problem for two days, I changed my computer and since as soon as I install Daz Studio and want to use it impossible. I connect and hop the window closes directly.

    What does it do if you do not "connect", but start it in Offline-mode instead?

    If I do this, the software stays but as soon as I place a figure, it crashes.

    What does the Logfile say?

    Nothing, no window precisely, it closes and it's all.

    Within DS the log file can be accesed from "Help/Troubleshooting/View Logfile"

    With the file explorer, the Logfile can be found in: C:\Users\[Your user name]\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4\log.txt

    It doesn't show it self automatically

    Are you on a Mac running Big Sur?  If so, then it's a known issue.

    we're not clairvoyants, if you don't give some specifics we can't guess what issue you are having. frown

    If you don't know the specifications of your computer just get them from the people that built your computer. Need to know which Operating system, how much ram, what cpu, and which video card. I chould be a number of things affecting Daz Studio.

    My computer has 16gb of ram and a non-dedicated Iris graphics card but my old computer had the same configuration and everything worked
