Where Is My CC Info?

I haven't made a purchase here since July, but I did have a credit card saved with my account, and was only required to provide the 3-digit code from the back of the card when checking out. It appears that my cc info/profile is gone, and I thought that recent changes to the store required me to recreate it. I did so, but after clicking "submit" at the end of the creation process, there was a big nothing. No profile saved after providing all the correct and required information. I am a little concerned about the whereabouts of such information since no profile resulted. I did log out, close the browser window, cleared history, reopened my browser, then logged back in to the Daz website on my Mac running Mojave(10.14.6) using Safari(14.0.1). There is still no profile. I am very guarded about whom I trust with such info on the internet, and am concerned about what's going on. Very, very far back in second place is losing out on what appears to be a time-sensitive sale.

    Not sure if this will go through to you, just got a server error message.

    Put in a ticket regarding your issue. Save a copy of the items in your cart to show the expected sales items and totals. Hopefully DAZ can help. They are busy though, lots of people have been making comments regarding credit card problems. Good luck.

    Thank you for the response. Knowing that I am not the only one experiencing difficulties with their cc puts my mind at ease. Also, I just checked, and the sale price remains. I will attempt to input my info at checkout again. Unfortunately, I must tempt fate, and wait until I get home to do so.

    Not exactly. Mine shows one card in saved profiles. But I have a second card in the drop-down when I go to pay - which I can't delete since it doesn't show in saved profiles. I can therefore only use the card that shows in the saved profile. The other card is useless, and it will need to be removed at some point. I don't consider the hidden one a real problem at this time, but I will put in a ticket for it later. Every person's situation is different.

    Actually, it's not there. It wasnt there yesterday, and after successfully making my purchase last night, it is still not there. Of course, I will be glad to use your credit card numbers in the future since they are conveniently located right there.

    Thanks for the laugh. The Payment Methods listing and input has been borked since the storepocalypse. Cards full of money rejected, and cards with no money processed with no problem.

    Had a similar issue - old card wouldn't work. Add new card via account page did nothing. BUT - there is the option of paying with a new card at checkout, that worked and added the card to my payment methods. YMMV :-)
