where can I add custom hotkeys?

I know at some point I could add custom hot keys for things I do constanty like

Reset figure poser or Expand all from Selected

or is there a better method than hotkeying these?

menu > Window > Workspace > Customize

All the actions in the Actions panel can have shortcuts.

And yes, shortcuts are great. I use 't' and 'r' for translate and rotate tool non-stop when I'm posing.

Another great customization IMO: Blender-style "middle-click + drag = rotate view / add shift to translate"

you couldn't count the times I've wrought my head in frustration trying to get a blender shortcut to work and then realize I was in Studio.
