general tab disappeared

general tab under my daz3d library not showing up with version 4.14.0.10  64 bit windows 10, is this normal now? if so where do i find my video tutorials for products?

    I think he means the folder * General * in the library.

    yep that's what I meant the folder "general" in the library is missing, anybody have an idea?

    General is usually used for items which are not in formats DS reads, so it's normal not to show any contents; depending on where you're looking it might not show at all.  What in particular are you looking for?

    The only General folder I see is under Daz Studio Formats in one of my content directories, the only files it cotnains (which don't show in the content library) are some videos related to the Fluidos plug-ins. Is that what you mean? If so then it would indicate that you no longer have the same content directory selected, or that the folder itself has gone. I don't see a General category but it's possible you might have one. Exactly which pane are you lookign in, if it's Smart Content do you have Filter By Contect checked and do you have anything selected?

    I figured out the general folder. Slowly understanding daz studio's many quirks.
