Please explain this Loyalty sale

I can't figure out how this one works. That demon marketing gnome has come up with a real mindbender this time.
I've put several different things in my cart, ranging from PC+, New items, and not new items but I don't see that discount on anything. I've tried combinations of catergories to no avail. I do wish that they would stop this ever-increasing complexity and just offer easy to understand sales. It makes me want to do all my shopping at the other store which has its share of sales but I'm never in doubt about what I can buy at what price.

The loyalty discount is restricted to items in the categories on the sales page. It should include the Debut New releases and Still New releases (AFAIK). If it's not working on anything, mention it in the Sales Thread: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/449076/new-there-s-always-another-sale-sales-thread-report-issues-here#latest
Or drop Daz a ticket
I'd follow up if there was anything in the new releases that I particularly want but there ain't. Nevertheless, I can say that what I tried was when the Zev0 extended 4 hour sale was on yesterday and I wanted one of his products. I put that plus a new release in the cart and, because I saw that the Loyalty discount should apply, expected to see it. I didn't get the discount so I cleared my cart. That Zev0 offer has passed now so I will leave it.
@marble you have been here longer than me but I have managed to have some success along with some failures regarding the loyalty sale.
I throw spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks put things in my cart, and if it seems like a great deal I take a screen shot cross my fingers and check out lightning fast.
Prices fluctuate depending on the time of day but the time is unannounced so one must simple hope the time is right and if not try again.
Occasionally I scratch my head and wonder where the discounts disappeared to and eventually realize DAZ checked me out and I need to sign back in.
Recently I have been googling things like this and have come to the conclusion that I don't have the IQ required to reverse engineer the sales logistics . . . yet.
I fear it is too late for me. Time was that I would have had the will to decipher the esoteric intricacies of these purchasing puzzles but I'm just getting too old to bother. My brain cells are sluggish and my desire to chase the elusive bargain has all but expired.
