This is the first time i get a bad feeling after i bought something here... :(
I bought the Crazytalk Animator pro here (not cheap bdw).
Then after i opened itand watch the tutorial i see that i actuallu bought an old version here (1.x), while there is a v2 available. If i want to buy that one i have to spend +100$ extra???

This is the first time this happens to me and actually not good for the reputation of DAZ, which is a pitty, cos i love you guys

Plz try to do more research before reselling 3rd party stuff !

THX.

The Animator Standard is the only one I see offered here, and it is labeled as Standard and not Pro. You can also tell by the price difference that it is standard.

There is a 30 day return policy- I believe that's also for programs. If you're not happy with what you purchased, you shouldn't keep it. Just don't use it and return it.

Well, the second time I did a search I got a page full- sorry about that. I agree with you, they should have it labeled as a former version.

Have you checked your available serial numbers in your account? Often the only difference between standard and pro of software is the serial number.

i have the pro version, its just that its version 1.x and not version 2,
normally if you buy something new, it should be the latest version in my opinion.

So i feel like they cheated, cos nowhere they state that it was on sale, because it is an outdated version...

I agree- and they should have the version in the store clearly marked that it is not the current one. It's not anywhere on the product page.

Are you within the 30 day period for the DAZ 3D refund?

If the version DAZ is offering is old asking for a refund will be the only option (as far as we know that is possible) but they may be able to offer more immediate help

Chohole- can you put in a request to the team who does the web pages to put the version number on the page? That really needed to be there from the get-go.
