Help creating a bobblehead

I'm trying to make a "bobblehead" type figure (where the head is significantly larger than normal) of a friend. I have a pretty good Face Transfer, but when I try to scale up the size of the head, the morphs don't scale along with it, so everything gets wildly distorted. How do I enlarge the head while maintaining the morphs?

Are you selecting the head and increasing the scale attribute, or using head propagating scale?
Selecting the head and increasing the scale. How would I do a propagating scale? I only know how to get to scale from the Parameters tab on the figure.
Actor -> Head -> Real World.
