The store and the site

Ever since the update of the site and stoor,it just gets you down.the store and site are slower than it was before, the gallery is still missing, and the check out doesent recognize when its a free product or or paid one on some occassions, it take forever to do things here anymore, For the amount of time the new site and store have been available, you would have thought by now it would all be iron out, there are so many issues with this site and store since the change, it is making DAZ look amaturist, and that cannot be good for them in the long run, the problem with DAZ is that it has so many members, it seems not be bothered as it will only loose a few, so doesn't care even if they make it out they do.  It would appear to me that nothong was fully tested before the new site and store was rolled out, and can;t even seem still at this stage to get it sorted out, I l0ook around the Forum and see so many complaints and issues with the store and site, Its begining to make me want to just go else where, not that DAX would be botherd about that.

i agree totally. just was in a sales help ticket and I laid out exactly how I feel ..and that's what we all need to do. Send in a ticket to sales. When they start to see serious decline in sales they might wake up. 
I have never seen a site changeover take so long to implement ever and I have been on the internet since it 1st became the www ... before everything became commercialized. I beta tested AOL before it had a GUI, as it developed one. 

Its really sad.
