Tool Bar custom shortcuts? (Universal tool, Rotate tool...)

Hi!

I'm kinda stumped here. In Window -> Workspace -> Customize, I cannot find a way to change the default hotkeys for the Toolbar (like Universal tool, Rotate tool, Translate tool). Is there any way to change them? I can see them on the right side of the window in the "toolbar" tab, but right-clicking does not bring an option to change a shortcut.

You have to do it on the left side, under Viewport Tools
