Credit Card Processing Problem...

Anyone else getting th[e Credit Card Processing Problem]is error message? tried 3 different cards,same result.

Apparently there have been a few issues with credit cards storing address information incorrectly (especially if outside the US, as it adds a state even when one isn't applicable). So one thing to do is check if the address is actually correct.
Anyone else having issues?
The short answer is "yes", the long answer is "but I figured out a work-around". I plan on putting in a Sales Ticket regarding my special situation AFTER I reformat my hard drive and re-install Windows 10 Home (I'm stuck on version 1904 - stable more-or-less - often have to clear/reboot back to it just to see if DAZ updates mess with any parts that I have self-fixed, including the current ticket with the Tech people). I've got to run hubby out for hearing tests shortly, but am willing to send you more information with screen shots before I do the re-install later today or tomorrow am. I don't think my Credit Card issue will be fixed AFTER the re-install, seems to be on your end. Let me know.
Same problem still. I thought maybe I could wait a few hours and attempt to purchase the items in my cart again. Do you know if this is getting fixed soon? Am I the only Daz user who this is happening to? Thanks :)
And if this does not get fixed soon, i'm going to lose my discounts!

Tried 2 different computers with Win7 and Ubuntu. Same card works online elsewhere. SADCannot enter a payment method, no errors, not nuthin, enter data then it acts as if I hit cancel instead of "Do It".
...had this happen during the PC sale. Best thing to do is take a screenshot of your cart snd save it. If the situation isn't fixed in time, submit a ticket to sales and attach the screenshot. This worked for me. Be patient as they are likely swamped.
