Recreating the grey-skinned character in Electro Hair promos

I have an absolute need for this gorgeous grey-skinned character found in the Electro Hair promos. After looking through the promo credits I'm pretty sure the sculpt is mostly Gaius. I can't place the skin, but it's obviously from somewhere else. This character needs to live in my library since yesterday, so any ideas how to recreate him?

Ah, wonderful! I thought the skin was a more typical human skin with modified colours, but that's even better!
