Problem processing your credit card (OMG!!!)

Its almost like Daz is refusing to allow me to purchase anything! There was a problem processing your credit card.  I tried even using Amazon pay this time, tried 3 different computers, tried different credit cards. These are big purchases, why is this still a problem? $$$ ?

You need to file a HelpTicket,  this is not something that can be dealt with on the forums

FWIW, I started having the credit card payment problem several weeks ago.

I have been temporarily buying things via PayPal (for that's worth). PayPal appears to have dropped the need to maintain a balance and the "5 business days wait period" appears to be a thing of the past. Not a fan of either system... just stating my recent experience.

(Edited slightly for clarity. If I'm not mistaken PayPal used to be a sort of time-delayed escrow system. It has speeded up.)

      • "An error occurred while processing this transaction"
      • they do not want my money
      • what a shop!
  • Lovely, this has been going on for 3 days now, put in a ticket yesterday and from what I hear its going to take 4 to 6 weeks for daz to get back to me until then im expected to wait patiently till they decide whether or not they want to take my money. This is infuriating I have spent so much money here.

That seems very unlikely   Are you sure that you didn't misunderstand the CS response?

  • They've requested I not discuss details of the ticket as it may cause confusion and frustration. Its just unreal to me that this doesnt seem like a big deal. To be clear I was very specific in my ticket. I dont see how they can misunderstand "Hey homies your freakin cash register isnt working! it keeps spitting back money!" (bad analogy but I think you get the drift.) anyways thanks for the help...even setup a stupid paypal account and I got the same stuck on stupid response.

Was the response also specific? It sounds more generic. Did you open this as a Techincal Support or a Sales ticket?

Only three days? Ha! My 3-year-old card---the same one that I've used to give Daz scores of thousands of dollars---was refused from November 3rd through 23rd. The only way it got fixed was that they ALSO locked me out of my account for NINE days and REMOVED TWENTY-ONE orders that had processed (they told me there was no fraud; I guess they meant on my side). In the course of fixing my ticket about the removed orders, they told me to buy gift cards. But why would I buy a gift card for an account that I cannot log into? Then I had to be repeatedly scolded that this was a "one time only" fix and that I "should not expect it again." Uh, you're doing me a favour by allowing me to GIVE YOU money? Ultimately, I got the right person who figured out how to get my account fixed. But then I had to file another ticket to ask for the nine days that I was locked out of my account to be returned to my PC+ account. And once again I was repeatedly warned that this was a one time only fix and not to expect this again. No apology for our fubar store, just a warning to a filthy little customer.

Oh, I did get an apology once I pointed out that one wasn't given. Requested apologies are worthless. I wish you well, my friend. Daz shopping is such an adventure!

  • WOOOOOWWWW! UNFING REAL!

Disgusting! I might as well just start another account. I want these items, but I dont need them. Im not begging anyone...to take my money.

Sales. Very specific. Again, how many different ways do I have to tell them I'm unable to purchase items (Error processing payment) Seems pretty specific .

Sounds like the generic response to me - the do not discuss part is in the template. I had a problem recently and Emma figured it out. My two separate messages confused the issue. I gather they are swamped and with all the newbies posting to the forums I can guess why.
