Conflicting Sales?

The sales are a bit all over the place, but it's my understanding that by placing the Lilith 6 item in my cart I should receive a 50% (PC+) discount on the ForbiddenWhispers item, as part of the Day 3 Lilith sale which is still being promoted.

Is it broken?

    It's probably because ForbiddenWhispers is part of the Final Days of Summer sale. Also, the Lilith 6 sale was only supposed to be three days. I don't know why it hasn't been removed.

    Really? I know the sale page says "3 Days of Lilith 6," but I understood that to mean that the launch of the figure and her related content would last three days, not that the sale was limited to that time frame. Besides, if it's being advertised shouldn't it be honored unless it clearly states that the sale has ended? Especially considering that there's no start or end dates included with any of their sales, if I'm a first time. Isotope of the site how am I to know which sale is current? I really don't understand how they get away with being so careless with their advertisements!

    Sorry Night, my frustration is in no way directed at you, I just felt the need to address the ridiculousness of it all and you are currently the only one listening, thanks for that. :-)

    Nothing yet, but it is the weekend (and a long weekend at that in the US) so that isn't totally surprising.

    Thanks for the update. I'm concerned that the Lilith sale will drop off any day now. Would you recommend purchasing the product then submitting a ticket to have the price adjusted on Tuesday, or would that just further complicate matters?

    It may be a good idea - that way you'd still have the option of asking for a refund if it didn't work out.

    I understand your frustration, bduncan86, it can get confusing.

    The most current sale is usually listed at the top of the sales and promotions page, and will also show up in the rotating banner ads in the store (again, usually).

    I should have said I think the Lilith 6 promotion was only supposed to be three days. Since the day 2 discount was dependent on a day 1 purchase, and day 3 dependent on a day 2 purchase, the impression I got was that it was only for 3 days.
