Daz Studio "Everything Must Go "uninstalling help please

Okay so a couple weeks back I was trying to manually install content into Daz Studios,

I don't really know how it happened but somehow it somehow linked a product folder into one of the core program operational files and completely fragged the program 

 I have done what I can to straighten it out and it does function somehow but I had to downgrade to the previous copy and it's still not right because anything that I load content-wise new into my library cast to be reinstalled every time I open the program

I want to completely and totally uninstall everything , and nstall fresh however there seems to be files that are hidden that cannot be accessed that keep this thing coming back to the fragged copy  .

I can run the uninstall as many times as I like and it doesn't matter every time I reinstall when I open it up it comes back up screwed

I really need help and the technical guys are going to be taking several months to get back to me on how to fix this

any help in completely and I mean totally Everything Must Go all of it gone even if I've got to go in and tear apart windows and pull it out file by file gone  , would be greatly appreciated

Are the files not available in the Content Library under Daz Studio Fomrats (or Poser Formats)? Or is it only in the database-driven lists (products, categories, Smart Content, and the preset tabs) that have issues?
