Credit Card doesn't work issue - Potential Fix

Credit card doesn't work, unable to add a new card.

I had this problem and found the answer in the "Store Issues" thread, but that is now buried almost three weeks in the past. Since others are continuing to have this problem, I thought I would post the information in it's own thread to, hopefully help some, and reduce the frustration.

I deleted my saved profiles and address within the Payment Methods of My Account. Created a new address. Then, made sure I had a couple items in my cart.  Clicked on the Shopping Cart. Created a CC profile from within the shopping cart, hit "Place Order" and successfully completed the transaction.

I have only added a credit card and have not tried PayPal or Amazon, so can not help with these.

Oh, and for newer users, the "Nickname" is the name you give the card that will appear in the drop down menu when you select your credit card. You can call it just about anything, such as Blue Card, MC one, Visa, etc.
