I AM having a problem with the EUAL. IT stated that Daz. own's all of your content and theirs. You are responsible for legal ffees taxes and more. Did I miss read this? I download the DAZ 3D have not signed the EUAL.
If you downloaded Daz Studio you must have aeeded to the EULA.
Daz or the PAs own the content sold (and given away free) in the store, and grant you a license to use it. They also own the applciation and pllug-ins, and grant you a license to use it. The license fee (for renders) is what you pay when you purchase an item, it isn't an additional fee that will be due later, and the lawyers etc. fees is there only in case of dispute - in practice I'm not aware of any instance in which it has been triggered. These are pretty standard terms in software/content licenses, essentially reiterating that you have to pay (in some cases $0) to be granted a license and protecting the publisher from potentially open-ended costs in the event of legal action.
If you are concerned about the terms you should of course seek legal advice.
