Missing Octane Icons

Hello there, i just installed the octane add-on (thorugh DIM and then i downlaoded the installer via OTOY site), and i can't find how to make it work, the Add-on shows int the installed Add-ons list though.

My DAZ content isn't the default location, is that a problem?

  • I am wondering the same thing too.  What path would I have to use in order to unzip the Octane Kit package?

Yep, let's wait until someone help us

  • Icons shown in the video don't show up in every DS layout, I use City Limits (non-lite one) which will pack the icons in the little bar above the viewport. I completely failed to mention this in the tutorial as I've been using City Limits layout for the longest time and simply forgot not all layouts have the same interface.

That said to see Octane window you should be able to load it from Windows>Panes>Octane Render then you can dock it where you see fit to have access to it later :)

    Hope that helps.
