I have the lastest driver and daz studio update but Ive notice that my GPU in not really being used. CPU in at 100%, Memory at 90%, GPU between 0-3%. Got a 3060ti GPU, i7-8700 CPU, and 32gb of memory. Please help and thanks in advance
With 100% CPU use it does sound unlikely that the GPU is being used (assuming you don't have CPU enabled in the Advanced tab of Render Settings) but how are you getting those stats? Windiows Task Manager's process list is not helpful.
What are your exact versions for DS (Help>ABout Daz Studio) and nVidia driver (right-click on desktop>nVidia Control Panel)?
Im using nVidia studio driver 460.89 and Daz studio 4.14.0.10 Pro. Got my stats from the task manager under the performance tab. I had the CPU box checked but now its unchecked and it seems to still be using 100% of the CPU. Its using my 3060ti a bit more but not at 100%. FYI Im using 2 GPU, the other one is a 1060
So it looks as if the 3060Ti is being used but the 1060 is dropping out - probably not surprising as its 6GB of RAM will be loaded with a chunk of RTX-emulating code, which the 3060Ti doesn't need.

I have the exact same version of DAZ + nvidia drivers on a rtx 3090 and I'm experiencing no problems whatsoever. Maybye try to do a clean driver install? Re-download the lastes drivers, and upon installing them choose "Advanced options" and check "perform a clean install". Remember that your GPU has 8GB of memory in total, but due to IRAY needing some additional memory for it's internal stuff you'll get ~6.8GB of "real", usable memory. If you your scene exceeds that, it will drop the render to CPU.
Ive reinstalled nVidia driver and still same issues. Gave me the same error codes as before. I even tried to render in the public build beta but just get black screen render Honestly very annoyed at this point.
Removed my 1060 gpu. It seem to work for one render but after that, just black render screens. Decided to have my CPU and my 3060ti split the render load. Until I get another GPU Im going to leave it like that

DARN! Turns out you may not be doing anything wrong! Got the same bloody problem today! I was using a custom batch rendering script which worked like a charm in DAZ 4.11 and 4.12. around 20 scenes to render, 10 of them rendered, others came out black, despite having tons of VRAM available (RTX 3090, top usage with these scenes were ~11GB VRAM), Iray just dropped to CPU and didn't render anything...

OK, I have figured something out - Are you using Iray Section Planes? If yes, try to delete it from the scene, save the scene, close/open DAZ and re-render. Worked for me... not really a solution, but at least I know the source of the problem.
I found a solution to this problem that worked for me. In windows 10, go to SETTINGS and type "graphics settings." Now, turn Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling ON. Inside DAZ Studio, make sure to uncheck CPU in both devices boxes in the advanced tab. Also, uncheck "allow CPU fallback" at the bottom.

If you do a render, then go to Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File then the very end should give details of which devices were used in rendering.
Ok so I just finished a render and this was my log at the end...
