CCT plugin & Pro Bundle plugin not working!

Hi to all,

I have recently installed the latest version of DS - version 4.6.3.52. I had no problems with the previous version using the CCT plugins and the other plugins. If I go to the product it shows "purchased" for CCT plugin set. I went to have a look at my latest serial numbers and there are 3 different serial numbers for this plugin set. But no-one is working as I have tested them all!! If I enter any of these in the serial nr box next to the correct plugins in DS, the correct mark stays grey showing it's not loaded! The other day, still using the older version, I could still use the Transfer Utility Tool but what now!? I can't buy an item if it's bought already!

I have also now noticed that the Pro Bundle Plugins are also greyed out and needs a serial number. This is now where auto-fit, morph loader, etc comes in which also worked in earlier version. Please, what is going on!!!? If I want to use these, does this mean I have to uninstall DS4.6.3.52 and use the older version where it has worked? It will not make any sense then. On the older version it was only the animate2 which did not work, I had never had problems with the other plugins.

I have 3 different serial nrs for DS 4.6 Pro and it doesn't accept ANY of these serials!!! If you look at the images it clearly states FREE version on the DS Pro bundle. I really don't want to uninstall this latest version to go backwards again as it should not work like this. The serial numbers are all in my current account and it should work I assume. :-/

I also can't understand why the serials are not marked more clearly to show which is the latest. In my account under serials it shows 3 different versions of DS 4.6 Pro but with different serial numbers. This is why I have tried them all out to see which is the latest. But with no-one working I have no clue what is going on! :smirk: If you look at the attached images you will notice there are in fact more places for the Pro bundle set, but I have tried the different serials out everywhere I possibly could.

EDIT: Oh my gosh, am I maybe confused!! Now that I am looking at the plugins again, are they in fact installed since it does show 'green' at most which actually mean they are installed? I am really going through a rough patch and I can't think straight! :sick:: :red:

But just one more question? When does my DS4.6.3.52 become true PRO, as it always say STANDARD? Must I buy something?

    Do not install those old separate plug-ins, they are built in to Pro. Studio becomes Pro when you go to Help / Register DAZ Studio... then type your Pro serial number, which will have the letters PRO in it. By trying to install those old plug-in you have probably borked Studio and will need to do a clean re-install, meaning uninstall and delete any left over folders after the uninstall.

    Thank you for your help in this regard. What I think has happened here is that I had installed DS4.6.3.52 on top of the old version of DS4.6.0.xx while it was still active. I got a message during the install that it has detected an older version and it will be deleted automatically but it seems it did actually not deleted it completely and left parts. I should have uninstalled the old version fully first! Thanks for the hint on how to get it from Std to Pro!

    EDIT: I have done the registration now with the serial number which shown the latest digitals of the DS4.6 Pro serials and the whole problem of the plugins is automatically fixed!! So, no need to uninstall this version! :-)

    The only plugin which has failed is: dzgoz (red mark next to it, and not green as rest). Why is this? Isn't this the "Daz to ZBrush" plugin?

    What appears in the message area of Help>About Installed Plug-ins if you highlight the GoZ plug-in?

    I have attached an image which will demonstrate the problem better. I have re-downloaded the plugin under my products, should I re-install it again?

    Yes, it does appear to be an old version you have there - unless something has simply corrupted the file in place. Either way reinstalling should fix it.
