Lost my Directory

I have 254 GB of content on one drive. My system is a Mac running OSX version 10.9 and today I backed up everything by cloning the drives using SuperDuper . . . all went fine until I restarted and found that my content directories in DAZ - all the ones I made for myself as well as some of them in the category "products" (for some reason unknown) have disappeared from the Content Library pane.

I assume that the DB made by Content Manager is still there but for some reason the CMS is not reading it - I don't know where it is, can't find it in the menus, so:

1. How can I get my directories back? ( don't want to rebuild them all, it would take days!)

2. Can I make a copy of the DB and back it up? Where is it?
