Ultimate natural bend morphs - having Zero effect.

I really want this product to work but at the moment i can't get any effect whatsoever from Ultimate natural bend morphs for gen 8 female.
i've submitted a ticket but in the meantime was wandering if anyone has any experience with a working product?
ignore the highlited shoulder on the second image (i just didn't notice when i did the screen shot)
