Daz to Blender

I have to run Daz Studio and Blender on different machines. I've tried exporting from Daz to Blender using OBJ and Collada files, but the results were far from satisfactory. I'd like to try using the Blender Bridge utility. Since I'm running Blender on another machine, can I get the Daz end of the bridge to save to a file, which I could then import into Blender?

I don't know about the Daz to Blender Bridge, but if you used the Diffeomorphic, all you do is save the file somewhere as a scene, and then you use the Diffeo tool to export the file script that it needs, and you can open that on any computer as long as the Daz assets are on there as well. You might have to tell it where the textures would be, but I have all my Daz assets in the same folder structure on three computers and save all my scene files to dropbox and they open up no problemo on any machine at any time, including opening in Blender so it's totally doable.
I've been using Diffeomorphic for some time. It works very well for importing textures, attachments, poses, etc. But when I try to change the pose of the figure in Blender, the attachments fail to move with it. So, for example, if I rotate one of the neck bones in Blender to move the head, the hair is left behind. If you can tell me how to fix this, I'll be a very happy camper indeed!
I might be able to! You have to go into the corrections and merge everything that was brought in for the character. I made a diffeo tutorial like back in May or June, and the most up to date Diffeo is a little different than what you'll see in the video, but these buttons are all still there and you need to do it so that everything stays parented to the character. Whether you're using the MXH rig or Rigify, this is the step that should do the trick for ya!

It worked! I'm going to name my first-born child after you. (Albert hates it when I change her name, but as long as I'm paying her college tuition, she'll just have to put up with it.)
Huzzah! Glad it helped and I'd be honored :)
