Anyone talk to OzyChick in reacent history? (solved)

The kind of post I dread. It has been a weak and a half since Tech closed a ticket without an issue being resolved, stating they would try to contact the PA. I've herd and seen nothing regarding the matter since.

Is OzyChick alive and well? Has Any body actually herd from the PA directly in recent history? Can we start there.
(ugh, this was supposed to be in the commons, "O" well. where is an admin when you need help of this sort, lol.)

a week is not that long - especially as, given the name, a day may have been lost to time-zones
Plus she had a new character release today, so may have been doing the final work on that one.
Thanks for the forum move.
Yes, at least two new releases within the past weak, so I can understand the busy bit. I was just curious, as the last I herd was "they were going to" attempt a contact. Tech then closed the ticket on that note, then nothing. That was the Friday morning before Labor day weekend.
It's not my place to bother asking how long the new releases were pending at QA after the last whatever between OC and Daz. Thus I simply don't know if OzyChick fell off the face of the earth, or was just overwhelmed with stuff.
You probably should have contacted Customer Support instead of Tech Support as it is a faulty product not a buggy one. It is an easy fix, all that needs to be done is Find & Replace "/Runtime/Textures/DAZ/Characters/Genesis2/Stephanie6/S6EyesTr.jpg" with "/Runtime/Textures/OziChick/Aria/Aria_EyesTrans.jpg" in a program like Notepad++, then pack it up again. Shouldn't take more then ten minutes and there is no need to for anyone at DAZ to contact OziChick as the files are all there.
Hi Z, you can contact Ozichick at Renderosity, shoot her a pm, good luck :-)

This is my inability to comprehend the stuff in that DUF language thing at this point. It has been over twenty years since I wrote anything from scratch (Assembly/C), and over nine since I modified anything in C.
It was just rather disturbing how things kind of dropped out. Today I got a message from tech indicating they (Tech and OC) were working out the issue. That was all I kind of wanted to hear, to ease my concerns (without bringing up bed memories of the last time a chat was abruptly ended without warning).
Thank you all.
