Install Failed

Hello dear friends!

I've been encoutaring this problem lately. It is not possible anymore for me to download any new free content because I'm getting install failed error every time. Does anyone ever experienced the same? A solution would be nice because I'd like to keep using DAZ Studio!

    Probably  the easist thing to do is to go to daz3d.com, Orders, and click on your particular order that is failing the download:


    Once you , have the manual install zips for the products that failed, find the folder on your computer called InstallManager.  Inside is a folder called Downloads.  Place the zips in the Download Folder.  Open DIM, click on the little refresh circle thing next to Account in DIM, and you should see the files in the middle Ready To Install tab of DIM.  click Start Queue at the bottom and they should install.

    Take a look in DIM log, it will tell you why it failed, if it is because of unmatching file sizes it might be a problem on the server side so you might have to ask support, it could also be that it failed and left a partial zip file that is causing problems so you might have delete any of those manually., but have a peek in the log and see why it fail.
